But how do you know if you already have good gut health? Or how do you know if you’re doing enough in your diet to keep your gut happy?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

My number 1 - BE COOL WITH YOUR STOOL 💩😝 Thats right. Turn around and look at your poo friends. What’s going into the toilet is the best indicator of your gut health. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

What are you looking for?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Nice smooth sausages. Not clumpy grapes 🍇 or squishy peanut butter. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Also colour: Brown is good. I’ve seen clients with white and black stools. That’s not ideal. Brown is ideal. 💩 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Sticking up the bathroom while you’re in there? Thats not good. Somethings up. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Also beware any mucus in your stool, abdominal pain or bloating that cycles with your bowel movements. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
