2 medium bananas, ripe
1/2 cup almond milk
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cup rolled oats
2 tsp baking powder
Toppings e.g. fresh fruit, greek yoghurt, nut butters or a cheeky couple of chocolate chips 😍
1. Add bananas, eggs, almond milk, protein powder, vanilla, oats, baking powder and salt to a blender and process on high until consistency is relatively smooth.
2. Coat a large frying pan with olive oil and place over medium heat.
3. Once heated add 1/3 cup batter into frypan for 2-4 minutes or until you observe bubbles at the surface
4. Flip pancakes with spatula and cook until golden brown.
5. Repeat with remaining batter and serve with toppings of choice.
