One of our go-to delicious and nutritious salads that serves as the perfect side to any meal.


Mixed greens, pear, parmesan and walnut salad with balsamic dressing.


Serve with your choice of protein or bulk up with avocado, tomatoes, red cabbage, olives or chickpeas for the perfect weekday lunches.


The perfect winter salad with seasonal produce.


* 100g green leaves of choice, washed (rocket, spinach or kale all great options)

* 2 ripe pears, sliced

* 50g Parmesan, shaved

* 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

* 1/4 cup quality EVOO

* 3 tbsp of balsamic vinegar

* 2 tbsp of lemon juice

* Salt and pepper to taste


Combine ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!
