Refreshing Green Smoothie



Serves 1

1 handful of greens

1 Lebanese cucumber roughly chopped

1 green apple roughly chopped

1/2 avocado

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 sprigs of mint

Squeeze of lemon

1 cup of coconut water

Handful of ice

+ add toppings!


Blend and enjoy! Your body will love you for it.
