We can all feel the lull of winter and desperate desire to ignore that pesky morning alarm 🙈

Fatigue is such a common, non specific symptom of many people. In fact it sounds like the newest epidemic to me.

Research is tracking the increase on daytime consequences of fatigue. This includes rises in poor work productivity and falling asleep on the job (funny for desk jobs 😂 , not funny for pilots - eeekk! 😳 ✈️ )

Fatigue can be the symptom of a disrupted night sleep, abnormal blood sugar levels, thyroid disruption, adrenal exhaustion, inflammation, stress and nutritional deficiencies... just to name a few.

Instead of grabbing another cup of coffee today, talk to your nutritionist about your fatigue. Together create a game plan to get you jumping out of bed
