Chia Puddings

Chia puddings, my favourite go-to skin loving breakfast.

Rich in omega 3’s, protein, fibre, calcium and iron, this breakfast will fuel those skin cells and collagen production big time 💪🏼

My favourite basic chia pudding recipe is

‣ 1/4 cup chia seeds

‣ 1 cup blend of almond and coconut milk

‣ 1/2 a tsp of vanilla extract.

Combine all ingredients. Place in the fridge to set overnight and it will be beautiful and jelly-like in the morning. (serves 2)


Prep a whole weeks worth and these babies will be good to grab and go so you’ll never forget breakfast.
